1. Enrollment and Acceptance

1.1 Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. The Company reserves the right to reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.

1.2 Application Process
To participate in the Program, you must complete the registration process by submitting an application through the Company’s affiliate sign-up page. Once approved, you will be granted access to the Affiliate dashboard, where you can track your performance, access marketing materials, and receive commissions.

1.3 Acceptance
By applying and being accepted into the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion and Marketing
You agree to actively market and promote the Company’s products or services using provided materials or approved content. All marketing methods must be legal, ethical, and in compliance with applicable advertising laws.

2.2 Affiliates’ Use of Branding
Affiliates may use the Company’s name, trademarks, and promotional materials only in connection with the promotion of the Company’s products or services. Affiliates must not alter the Company’s branding, content, or logos without prior written consent.

2.3 Prohibited Practices
You are prohibited from engaging in any misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful marketing practices. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote the Company.
• Misleading potential customers regarding the nature of the products or services.
• Bidding on the Company’s branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval.

3. Commission and Payments

3.1 Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the following structure:

3.2 Payment Terms

Affiliates will have access to a personal dashboard where they can monitor their sales, commissions, and performance. The Company will not be liable for any errors in tracking or reporting.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence upon the Affiliate’s acceptance into the Program and will continue until terminated by either party.

5.2 Termination by Either Party
Either the Affiliate or the Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotional activities, including the use of the Company’s branding and affiliate links.

5.3 Termination by Company for Cause
The Company may immediately terminate this Agreement if the Affiliate engages in any prohibited practices as described in Section 2.3 or violates any other terms of this Agreement.

5.4 Post-Termination Obligations
After termination, the Affiliate will no longer be entitled to earn commissions for sales made after the termination date, except for sales that are already pending or completed as of the termination date.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including business plans, financial data, customer information, and marketing strategies, confidential and not to disclose such information to third parties unless required by law.

7. Indemnity and Liability

7.1 Indemnity
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Affiliate’s participation in the Program, including any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program or the use of any promotional materials, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Program will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.

8.2 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.3 Force Majeure
