WEEK 1: INSIDE AMAZON PPC – LEARN HOW SPONSORED ADS REALLY WORK
In this topic, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. You'll learn how Sponsored Ads work, why they’re essential for product visibility, and how Amazon's ad auction system determines which products get shown to customers. This session lays the foundation for campaign strategy, showing how PPC supports organic growth, boosts brand awareness, and directly impacts sales performance. ✅ Key Concepts Covered: Introduction to Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display How Amazon PPC works (ad auctions, bids, impressions, and clicks) When and why to use PPC campaigns Difference between automatic and manual campaigns Real examples of successful PPC ads and campaign setups By the end of this session, students will understand the purpose and mechanics of Amazon PPC and how it supports overall business growth on the platform.

WEEK 2 INTERNSHIP: TOOL UTILIZATION & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
In Week 2 of your internship, you'll apply what you’ve learned by using real Amazon PPC tools to create, monitor, and assess Sponsored Ad campaigns. Each group will take turns managing mock or real PPC campaigns while others observe, analyze, and provide feedback. This hands-on internship is designed to help you build confidence in tool navigation, campaign setup, and performance analysis. The focus is on practical experience — launching campaigns, adjusting bids, reading reports, and optimizing for better ad performance. 🛠 Internship Activities Breakdown Day 2: Group B Activity Group B sets up and reviews Amazon Sponsored Product campaigns. Other groups observe strategy, keyword targeting, and campaign structure. Feedback Session: What worked? What can be improved? Reflection Prompt: “Did Group B’s choices align with best practices?” Day 3: Group C Activity Group C takes the lead in managing PPC ads. Other groups observe bid settings, keyword match types, and campaign structure. Post-Activity Feedback & Review Check-In: Are students applying insights from previous days? Day 4: Group D Activity Group D executes their campaign strategy using Amazon Ads tools. Others observe, ask questions, and provide real-time suggestions. Class Discussion: Are campaigns improving daily? What patterns are showing? Day 5: Group E Activity + Synthesis Group E sets up campaigns and runs mock optimizations. Other groups observe and evaluate. Final Feedback Round Synthesis Discussion: Compare strategies across groups. What made a campaign stand out? Final Takeaway: “If I were launching a real campaign, what would I do differently?”
