AMZ VA Academy Training Agreement
By enrolling in the course, you are entering an agreement with AMZ VA Academy. This means you agree to the terms and conditions outlined for the course, including payment, participation, and other important guidelines to ensure a smooth learning experience. Below are the key points you should be aware of before you begin your training:
1. Payment and Enrollment
- Enrollment and Payment Terms: Enrollment in the course is confirmed once the required downpayment is made. For trainees opting for installment payments, the downpayment must be completed to officially enroll.
- Non-Refundable: All payments, including downpayments and installments, are non-refundable. This fee covers the full course, regardless of attendance or participation.
- Installment Payment Commitment: Trainees must make weekly installment payments as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or loss of access to course materials until payments are made up to date.
- Grace Period for Internship Application: A one-week grace period after the course ends is provided to complete any outstanding payments, which is required for eligibility to apply for the post-training internship program.
2. Course Duration and Participation
- Course Duration: The course is flexible, and the schedule will be set at the start and remain consistent. Trainees must attend all sessions.
- Attendance Responsibility: The Trainee is responsible for attending all scheduled sessions. The Trainer is not liable for missed content, and it is the Trainee’s responsibility to catch up.
- Rescheduling for Next Batch: If unable to attend the current batch, trainees may reschedule for the next class (this option is available only once). Failure to attend the second class will result in the loss of the slot, and any payments made will not be refunded.
- Class Capacity and Scheduling: Each class has a maximum capacity of 8-10 trainees. The schedule may be adjusted if slots are not filled.
- Missed Content: Trainees must independently catch up on any missed content. Guidance or resources may be provided, but it is ultimately the Trainee’s responsibility.
3. Internship Program Guidelines
Eligibility: The internship program is open to aspiring individuals who wish to gain practical experience in the Amazon Virtual Assistant field.
Optional and Non-Paid: Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and no financial compensation will be provided. The primary goal is to offer valuable hands-on experience and skill development.
Duration: The internship typically lasts 6 weeks, depending on the structure of the program and the availability of the intern.
Commitment: Interns are expected to dedicate a specified number of hours each week as outlined in the program details. Regular attendance and active participation are essential for a successful experience.
Training and Mentorship: Interns will receive comprehensive training and guidance from experienced mentors. It is expected that interns actively engage with their mentors and apply the knowledge gained during their training.

Professionalism: Interns must uphold a professional attitude, respect confidentiality, and adhere to the expected standards of conduct throughout the internship.
No Guarantee of Employment: Completion of the internship does not guarantee full-time employment. However, successful interns may be considered for future opportunities with the partner agency.

- Client Matching Opportunity: Enrollment in the course does not guarantee employment. While the Trainer provides support and guidance to help trainees prepare for job opportunities, employment is subject to availability and qualifications.
6. General Terms
- Agreement to Terms: By enrolling, the Trainee agrees to comply with all terms outlined. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the course or forfeiture of certification.
